Planting Dates

Disk or till the seed bed before planting.

Northern States

  • Fall - July 5th - Aug 31st

Midwestern States

  • Fall - August 1st - September 20th

Southern States

  • Fall - September 15th - November 15th

Fertilizer

  • A soil test should be done to determine your planting locations exact needs. If a soil test can not be done, add 350 lbs per acre of 19-19-19 or 17-17-17 fertilizer.  

Coating

  • Mix of raw and coated seeds.

Sunlight Required

  • At least 6 hours per day
